I've worked in wellness and day spas for 15 years, opening my first day spa in 2011. In February 2022 I opened The Bathhouse to fill a gap in the market: a space where people could connect, unwind and put their wellbeing first. It quickly became one of South West Sydney's best-known day escapes, built on word of mouth, Instagram and a loyal community. Since then, we've reinvested around $450,000 to add a yoga and wellness studio, an indoor mineral pool and expanded sauna and steam, and to refresh the whole venue.
