About the Business

This role involves daily travel across the metropolitan area, working at a different school site each day.
Once on school grounds, you will perform the following document management duties in strict accordance with Department of Education policies:
*Identify and List Archives: Isolate documents eligible for destruction and record them on a spreadsheet with their correct catagory numbers.
*Assess Retention Requirements: Sort documents that must be retained for specified periods.
*Apply Disposal Freezes: Strict compliance is required for two active disposal freezes.
*Box and Label: Pack and clearly label all retained documents so the contents of each box are easily identifiable.
*Follow Official Schedules: Execute all tasks in strict compliance with the following frameworks:General Retention and Disposal Authority for State Government Information Functional Retention and Disposal Schedules ,Retention and Disposal Schedule for School Campus and College Records
