There are dozens of press tools that are used to help in the manufacture of the guards and fenders and the current owners would teach the new owners how these are used along with how the rolling machines are used to turn flat sheets of steel on to new guards. We have a huge data base of details and photos that detail the use of the tooling.
Hours
We are open 5 days aweek but run an easy 8am to 4 Pm day
Lease
We lease a cool room (old fruit packing shed ) that is 13 m x 9 m but any shed of a similar size will be enough.
Employees
There are 2 of us that work in the business but it can be operated with a solo owner with maybe a part time person to help with the rolling of the blank guards.
Reason for Sale
We are looking to sell the business as we are both at retirement age. This is to allow us to travel and persue or own vintage motoring interest.

Custom motorcycle, car and hot-rod mudguards / fenders are included in the range. The business holds a huge database of drawings and detail changes not available anywhere else in the world. This covers dozens of different historic motorcycle manufacturers from 1898 to the 1960's along with all the patterns and tooling required to make these fenders.
We have many repeat customers and profesional restorers world wide.
This business offers a low stress work place with all orders paying a 50% upfront deposit to get a place on the order board. We generally have a minimum of 30 guards on order at any time. Approx 50 % of our work is exported over seas.
The business has taken us to the UK and the USA and all over Australia to trade shows and swaps as well as rallies and other motoring events.
A popular social media presence and an easy to use website showcasing over 700 different fenders drive most of the sales. It is a relaxed low-stress manufacturing business that can be located anywhere a postal service or courier operates.
