An established lash and brow business operating from two fully fitted salons is now offered for sale. The business provides eyebrow, eyelash extension, lash lift and is supported by its own in-house range of lash, glue, aftercare and retail products.
The business has grown strongly delivering $515.7k in FY26 and delivering a net profit before tax of $87.6k. It has a database of more than 10,000 customers and future appointments already booked with deposits paid.
Eyelash extensions (handmade and premade) are sourced directly from established South Korean manufacturers that also supply well-known global brands, reducing lash stock costs by more than 50% compared with buying through suppliers. The own-brand retail range includes lash shampoo, eye masks, tote bags, key rings and socks.
The sale includes all salon furniture and equipment (8 reclining treatment chairs, 8 trolleys and 6 salon lights), IT equipment (2 computers, 2 iPads for consultations and a reception mobile phone) and stock that covers approximately 6–8 months of lash stock and 3 months of disposables.
Both sites trade under NSW retail leases that permit brow, lash and cosmetic services. The first premises a three-year term with a further three-year option and use of a car space. The second premises has a term to November 2027 with a one-year option and shared rear car parking. Full lease details are available to interested parties on signing a confidentiality agreement.
