About the Business
Yarra valley automotive is a small light vehicle business located in lilydale carrying out all light vehicle repairs, log book servicing aswell as 4x4 work.
It has a good current customer base consisting of return customers some of which have been customers of YVA for a great number of years, fleet customers who bring a large and consistent volume of work our way. In the years i have been owner the customer base has expanded through recommendations from current customers, walk in/new customers due to the great frontage of buisness location and a 5 star google review rating.
Some things that make YVA unique are our great service to our loyal customers, the location of the workshop.
The business has great potential for further growth. There is constant service work, lots of oppurtuinies for bigger jobs and more variety in what services are provided - tyres and wheel alignments etc for example would be a great example of what could further expand the current services provided. Aswell as the large base of general customers we have a few fleet customers who bring alot of buisness our way and aquiring more fleet customers would be yet another great way of furthering buisness growth.
Currently as a one man shop i am constantly booked out approx a week sometimes longer.
With even just one or two extra mechanics the amount of work able to be completed in a week would garaunteed to be doubled or tripled making it a great opportuinity to have a well profitable business.
