Minimal bookwork skills needed but important to keep good records and invoice regularly. Some digital skills helpful if wanting to expand into NDIS or Aged Care.
Experience (or a willingness to learn) with a small chainsaw, pressure cleaner, hedger, handyman work will add depth to the business.

History
I was born and raised in the area & originally worked on trawlers in the fishing industry. When I finished on the boats I began this business, buying a few lawns from a contractor to kick off. It took about 15 years to develop the systems & reputation to handle the business on my own in its current size and structure. I pride myself on always getting back to people, customers comment that so many tradies do not. I have built the business on honesty & integrity & plan to work it until I find a suitable person to hand my valued clients onto.
