The Wool Mill is a beautifully restored industrial space with a minimalist aesthetic and is ready for events or just about any other use you can think of for a large warehouse set up. Set in the heart of Brunswick East the venue presents in excellent condition throughout.

The venue is a large, open-plan warehouse with a modern white palette and dramatic black timber beams, The Wool Mill has been recently used for weddings, corporate functions, brand activations and private celebrations. The upstairs mezzanine creates a natural flow for welcomes and ceremonies; the downstairs Feasting Hall delivers a grand, single-room atmosphere for dining, dancing and production. The venue ran a caterer-led model: menus are prepared off-site and finalised on site in the dedicated prep area. Alcohol was served under a Limited Licence on an event basis.

Current rent is $2,200 a week incl. GST. The existing term runs to May 2026 with a further 5+5 years available to the new tenant. A new lease can also be negotiated. The venue is offered for lease as a vacant space with no assets.

The Wool Mill has been used as a function space and so suits established function operators or first-timers seeking a proven, flexible venue platform. Alternatively, the space is ideal as a place of worship, storage or any other perceived use for such a large space. There are no ingoing costs.
