About the Business
One of very few privatised businesses in a heavily franchised industry. We have a small fleet of vehicles and service technicians servicing over 100 pools on reoccuring contracts in the immediate area as well as providing equipment repair and installations on demand. Business is approximately 30-40% service based, with the other 60-70% derived from our retail space in the ever busy and growing Templestowe village. Whilst the business is seasonal, we have worked tirelessly to build a profitabe and sustainable year round business and are pleased to hand this over to a prospective new owner. Customer Base are very brand loyal - many customers the current owners inherited when they purchased the business in 2014, some having relied upon the business since its inception over 30 years ago.
