About the Business
10% Share of Latrobe Valley Taxis T/a's Traralgon Taxis. There are 10 company shares with in the company and this is a rare opportunity to buy one of those shares that gives you one taxi to operate within Latrobe Valley Taxi's trading as Traralgon Taxis. The sale includes a Toyota Camry Hybrid that is yet to be commisioned as a Taxi. You will own 10% share in all of Traralgon Taxis operations including all infrastructure such as the Call Centre, Admistration Office a10% share of the 8 company owned Taxis which include 4 Toyota Camry Hybrids and 4 Toyota Hiace WAT vechiles. The newly relocated call centre is interfaced to the Smartmoves dispatch system. Local base operators are used on weekdays during office hours, providing a blend of using the latest despatch tecnology in conjuction with expericenced local operators who provide that personal touch.
Fundamenatally you will operate one of the 18 (10 Shareholder and 8 Company owned Taxis).
You will operate under your own entity within Traralgon Taxis choosing to drive as much or as little as you would like using Bailee Drivers to fill the shifts you don't wish to drive.
Traralgon Taxis works to a 10 week roster designating different duties to each Taxi during the 10 week roster cycle.
