Marketing support
Soul Origin is synonymous with fresh salads and barista made coffee thanks to our marketing team. All national campaigns & social media are managed by the team allowing you to focus on the your business.
On a national level, the annual marketing calendar includes above-the-line media and below-the-line advertising, new product development, seasonal campaigns and digital development. Locally, the marketing team alongside your Area Coach assists in facilitating initiatives to drive marketing activities within the local community.
Training provided
Prior to opening your Soul Origin store, all new Franchise Partners complete a comprehensive six-week training program between Sydney and Auckland. You will be trained by experienced in-store and support centre team members. Our training consists of a mix of theoretical, digital and practical training.
Our online Learning Management System delivers on-going e-learning initiatives to you and your team to ensure that all team members have a consistent on-boarding program and assists you to develop your in-store team on an ongoing basis.
Skills
The most successful franchise stores have been determined by the commitment and dedication of their owners. Your success is determined by your willingness to live and breathe the Soul Origin brand.
Having the desire and ability to lead people is imperative. Building and developing your team will be the most important investment you will make for your business.

Whilst many companies were closing their doors, Soul Origin’s initial concept was not only keeping afloat – it was thriving.
Hao, one of the founding brothers puts this down to a commitment to worldwide best practice. A strict insistence on the highest standards of freshness and compliance, and a commitment to excellence in quality, flavour, and service.
After fine-tuning the concept for three years the first Soul Origin store was opened in 2011 and the Soul Origin brand was unveiled to the world.
