ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
Reviva Pool provides two foundations for establishing a pool restoration business: expert hands-on training and a guaranteed minimum work supply commitment.
Training is delivered by Mark Begby, with more than 30 years of industry experience, covering assessment, surface preparation, fibreglass repairs, resurfacing, finishing, equipment use and quality control.
MINIMUM WORK SUPPLY COMMITMENT
180 pool restoration jobs across four years: 90 during the initial two-year term and a further 90 during the contractor's two-year option term, subject to the licence agreement.
This is a minimum, not a limit on growth. After training and onboarding, contractors may secure their own customers and carry out independent restoration work. They may also request further Reviva Pool jobs, subject to availability.
LOCAL WORK, AUSTRALIA-WIDE SKILLS
Most Reviva Pool jobs are expected within approximately 30–40 km of the contractor's home. Restoration skills can also be used throughout Australia, including after relocation.
CONTRACTOR LABOUR PAYMENTS
Contractors typically receive $4,800–$6,000 per completed pool for labour and workmanship, depending on pool size. Reviva Pool supplies all restoration materials for allocated jobs without deducting material costs from labour payments.

INITIAL INVESTMENT AND FINANCE
The $33,000 initial payment includes GST and covers training and the initial equipment package; additional contractual payments apply to work supply arrangements. Finance may be available through preferred provider Chess Finance, subject to lender approval.

Our practical training equips contractors with the skills and confidence to undertake professional pool restoration work.
Training covers pool assessment, surface preparation, fibreglass repairs, resurfacing, finishing and quality control.
Contractors gain experience through supervised restoration work, supported by established procedures, technical guidance and ongoing assistance.
No previous fibreglass experience is required.
Skills
No previous fibreglass experience required. Suitable applicants should be practical, reliable and motivated, with good attention to detail, a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn. Previous experience in construction, painting, pool maintenance or renovation may be advantageous.
