Strata company is my client has they have been giving me work for the past 3-4 years. I have also advertised on my platforms but my main income was through my client. Work is suitable for all arounder, carpnetry works to painting and the whole property maintance works. It may seem like 1 person giving me work but within that company I have 5 strata managers giving me work so there is actually quote alot of do. Consistant income, if you already have a construction business this can add value.

Carpenter by trade and got my builders licence and started my own business because I wanted to work for myself. Took me quite alot to get to where I am, cold calls to site visits, profitable income stream started 3 years ago.
