Strata companies are my clients and they have been giving me work for the past 3-4 years. I have also advertised on my platforms but my main income was through my clients. Work is suitable for all arounder, carpentry works to painting and the whole property maintance works. It may seem like 1 person giving me work but within each company I have 5 strata managers giving me work, I have been working with 2 Strata companies, so there is actually alot of quotings to do. It is consistant income, if you already have a construction business or are very business minded this can add value and profit is uncapped.

Carpenter by trade and got my builders licence and started my own business because I wanted to work for myself. Took me quite alot to get to where I am, cold calls to site visits, profitable income stream started 4 years ago.
