This shop is orginally furnished along with the new contruction for the new shopping centre, first ever family owners now selling due to retirement. The centre management is easy going and we just finished the 2nd term of the 5+5+5 lease, only spent minial $$$ on re-renovation, only $1000 on re-painting. We are a small family owned business and not tech savvy so despite of popular demands, we simply dont have the man-power to introduce online ordering such as Uber/Menulog, imagine how much more you can easily expand this business.

History
Been with the shopping centre since built. First ever new tenant, fresh, purpose built cool room, lay outs, kitchen and equipments all for the sole purpose of Noodle shop takeaway. Over the years we have build solid relationship with the landlord, the shopping centre management. 5+5+5 lease since 2016, they centre only asked us to re-renovate last year, we were able to only re-paint the shop and without having to spend big $$$ on re-renovation.
