Marketing support
As a Pretzel franchisee, you'll benefit from an established, recognisable brand with a distinctive identity and loyal customer following. Our dedicated marketing team manages brand-wide campaigns, social media, creative content, promotions and advertising initiatives. We provide ongoing marketing guidance, branded materials and support for local store promotions, helping you build on your store's existing customer base while benefiting from the continued growth of Pretzel Australia.
Training provided
We provide comprehensive training to ensure you're confident and prepared to operate your Pretzel store. From product preparation and customer service to staffing, rostering, inventory management, financial reporting and daily operations, we'll guide you through every aspect of the business. As you're taking over an established corporate store, you'll benefit from existing systems, experienced staff and ongoing support from our corporate operations team to help make your transition into ownership as smooth as possible.
Skills
We're looking for a passionate, motivated owner-operator who's excited to take an established business to the next level! Previous hospitality or business ownership experience is an advantage, but not essential. Strong people skills, a positive attitude, leadership ability and a willingness to get hands-on are what matter most. You'll be someone who takes pride in delivering great customer experiences, enjoys leading a team and has the drive to build on an already successful store with the support of an established Australian brand.
