Evolved Floors is a premium flooring brand headquartered in South East Queensland. We have an exclusive, multi-year commercial supply and installation agreement with a major regional building company - a seven-figure annual relationship that we own as a brand. When we appoint a franchise partner in Central Queensland, that commercial work comes with the territory.
You will generate revenue from month one. Not because we're promising you leads. Because the contract exists, the client is real, and the volume is ongoing. That's something no other flooring franchise in Australia offers.
The commercial agreement is held by Evolved Floors. What you do is deliver it. You're the boots on the ground in Central Queensland, providing the solution under the Evolved Floors brand and earning on every metre you install. The relationship is protected and multi-year. You are not starting from zero. Beyond this foundation, the business is yours to grow as far as you want to take it.
Build It Your Way: service the commercial relationship only for steady predictable income, add a residential pipeline on top for $150,000-$220,000+ from Year 2, or open a showroom in Rockhampton or Yeppoon if you want the full retail model.
Franchise fee $75,000 + GST. Vendor finance available - terms by negotiation. Van required (rent from EF from $300/week, finance your own, or buy outright circa $40,000-$60,000).

Marketing support
Active Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns running in your territory from day one. Evolved Floors manages all digital advertising centrally - you benefit without having to run it yourself. Branded van provides ongoing local visibility. Marketing fee of $300/month covers your share of digital spend. Additional local marketing support, templates and collateral provided.
Training provided
Comprehensive onboarding covers product knowledge across our full range (vinyl, carpet, timber, hybrid), the mobile quoting app, CRM and job management tools, installation coordination and subcontractor management, and the commercial contract delivery process. Ongoing training and support provided as the business grows. You don't need flooring industry experience - we train you on everything you need.
Skills
Relationship management and client communication. Ability to coordinate tradespeople and subcontractors. Basic business management - quoting, invoicing, scheduling. A drive to build and grow a business. No flooring installation experience required.
Length of Agreement
Initial term: 5 years with option to renew. Commercial supply agreement: multi-year. Vendor finance available - terms by negotiation.

History
Evolved Floors was established in 2014 and acquired by the current owners in 2024. Since acquisition the business has been scaled significantly - adding a second location in Byron Bay, building a premium brand positioning across South East Queensland & North New South Wales, and developing the systems, supplier relationships and digital marketing infrastructure now offered to franchise partners. Yeppoon is the first regional licence in a deliberate and selective national expansion.
