You will own all your skips. You will not be forced to lease skips from the franchisor. This means each skip will be a genuine asset for your business and will show on your balance sheet as such. This gives you more control and keeps the value in your pocket.
Because portable skips are road worthy, registerable trailers, you don't need to outlay a large sum of money for a skip bin truck. You also don't really need a yard either (while you’re just starting out) as the skips can legally be parked on the street. All you need is a regular ute (turbo diesel preferred) and your good to go.
