Stellarossa Cafe is known for it's good consistant high grade specialty coffee which is blended from the highest grade of arabica beans from around the world. Our roasting partners only deal directly with farmers to ensure ethically responsible farming practices and quality. We have a vast range of cold drinks, and a well thought out popular trendy menu for our cliental being local or visitors. A big display cabinet for grab and go meals with a large variety of sweets is inside fully stocked. We really are unique in the sense of having a very friendly warm and outgoing family orientated cafe with very loyal staff. One team member has been with us since the day we opened and is now Supervisor so very much knows the whole operational side of the cafe and all our customers. Many staff over the years have kept coming back to Stellarossa 2 or 3 times after seeking other ventures or family reasons. Hence the happy family feel in the cafe.
Stellarossa has a very large faithful regular reliable customer base. We also have a good takeaway stream plus a consistent traffic flow from shoppers. Seating for over 60 customers with great systems in place with 4 different streams of income - the instore counter pos, table ordering apps, Stellarossa order ahead app, Doordash and Uber delivery services. There s a $20k +gst training fee for the franchisee to help the new owners with a smooth transition and equip you with all operational knowledge that you need to know on how to operate and run your Stellarossa business successfully. Good systems are in place for staff training and all operations of this business wth HQ always reachable.
Skills
If you have worked in the hospitality industry before your experience will be valuable or a management position in any field is also helpful in this day to day of running a very busy cafe. Barista and cooking skills would be a plus for you as well so you have an all round idea of the operations but definitely not necessary as we have a fully trained reliable successful quality team on board. With myself being out of the picture for a good while now due to health problems my fantastic team have been running the cafe with ease.
Length of Agreement
A new lease was renewed on Dec 1st 2024 ( 8 year lease ) which is renewable again in December 2032. So there is a good 6.5 - 7 years now with this sale. Plus renewable again after this.
The franchise agreement is also the length of the Stockland lease.

History
This franchise was established in 2009 by cofounder Darren Schultz. There are currently 25 stores throughout Queensland. Before I started my successful Stellarossa business 9 years ago I owned another business from Darren "Xpresso Mobile Coffee". So I knew this Stellarossa franchise if like my previous one, that it would be smooth sailing with great systems, operations, training and backup in place for another strong and robust business for myself. A opportunity came up with this great location so I went for it and haven't looked back.
