Aus Food Exports began as an unexpected evolution from my long‑running formulations brand, Ultimately Natural Pty Ltd. For almost a decade I produced premium protein and superfood blends as a side venture, but the real breakthrough came from an insight hidden in our website analytics. Global visitors were consistently requesting one ingredient inside our blends — Manuka honey powder — far more than the finished products themselves. Bulk enquiries quickly surpassed retail sales, revealing a clear gap in the market: strong international demand for Manuka honey powder with no central distributor, no pricing standard, and no easy way for buyers to access it.
Recognising this opportunity, the business pivoted from retail formulations into wholesale and export distribution. Existing ecommerce traffic became a powerful lead generator, and we began securing relationships with multiple bee farms and three independent manufacturers using different drying technologies. This foundation, combined with our high‑ranking digital assets, positioned Aus Food Exports to become the first dedicated global distributor of Manuka honey powder — connecting Australian and New Zealand producers with nutraceutical, food, beverage, and skincare manufacturers worldwide and now we wish to push this further on the global stage with business support from the right partner and further funding to showcase at global trade shows.
