About the Opportunity

Mint Invest was founded in 2018 by Zaver Sima, who built his own $5.2M property portfolio in 4 years and has since helped 100+ Australians generate $250K-$560K in equity gains per property. In our best year, 96% of engaged clients proceeded to unconditional exchange within 4 weeks.

This licence gives you the brand, the proven sales process, proprietary Lighthaus search technology (filters every Australian market by days on market, yield and growth), 10+ leads/month, an 18,000-contact CRM, and ongoing coaching directly from the founder.

Two income streams from day one: a $3,300 client membership fee per signed client, plus deal commissions of $17,000-$21,000 depending on monthly volume. A Foundation licensee closing 2 deals/month can earn ~$380,000/year.

Foundation tier (first 10 licensees only): $3,300/month for 10 qualified leads. $10,000 upfront onboarding fee, credited against your first month. 12-month minimum term. You'll need $50,000 available cash/equity as working capital.

We're after 2-5+ years' experience closing high-ticket B2C sales, comfortable talking money and long-term decisions, ready to back yourself.

10+ pre-qualified enquiries delivered every month, minimum - marketing is handled for you. Includes access to our 18,000-contact CRM database with SMS workflows and AI-flagged hot leads, plus Lighthaus (our proprietary nationwide property search tech), Microburbs and PriceFinder research tools, and a builder/developer network across NSW, QLD, VIC and WA. Your job is to convert; we handle lead generation and the technology stack.

Training provided

Weekly group coaching directly with founder Zaver Sima. Monthly group workshops with an AFR-featured performance coach. Monthly 1:1 sessions with Zaver and senior advisors. Full access to the Mint Sales Process - scripts, objection handling and strategy frameworks refined over hundreds of client engagements. Training commences the second week of August 2026, so you can be signing clients by end of August and closing deals in September.

Skills

2-5+ years closing high-ticket B2C sales - property, finance, financial planning, mortgage broking, coaching or consulting. You've run your own book, pipeline or business and thrived. Comfortable discussing money, goals and long-term decisions with clients. Ideally hold a Class 1 or Class 2 real estate licence or a buyer's agent licence. You set stretch goals and back yourself with $50,000 available cash/equity as working capital.

Length of Agreement

12-month minimum term, structured like a commercial lease rather than a subscription you can pause. Includes auto-renewal, suspension rights for non-payment, and an early termination break fee. Applicants should be ready to commit to building a business over the full term, not testing the waters.
