THE BRAND
A highly recognisable, personality-driven hospitality brand with a distinctive visual identity and genuine local following.
Tropicana was never designed to be another cookie-cutter pizza shop — and after nearly ten years, it has become part of the fabric of the Central Coast.
THE FOLLOWING
A loyal customer base built organically over almost a decade, with a brand people actively seek out, photograph, share and talk about.
THE SPACE
A fully realised designer hospitality environment that would be extremely difficult and expensive to replicate from scratch.
THE OPPORTUNITY
The foundations are already in place. The next owner can simply continue running a successful hospitality business — or take the brand somewhere new.
Potential exists across: Second venue · New locations · Lunch trade · Events & functions · Merchandise · Retail · Brand collaborations
There is considerable growth potential without needing to reinvent what already works. Vendor Finance Available for the right operator
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
THE OPERATOR
An experienced hospitality operator, venue manager, chef-owner or hospitality couple who understands that successful venues are built around more than a menu.
THE BRAND BUILDER
Someone who recognises the value of an established brand with personality — and sees where it could go next.
Established by husband and wife team, Cate Stewart and Tim Stockton,
Tropicana Pizza Pizza opened its doors in December 2017.
With Cate’s background in interior design, she created a Hawaiian
flashback dream – think intimate booth seating, custom neon signs and
lots (and lots) of palm trees and Tim created a menu and style of pizza
reminiscent of the pizzerias they grew up with during the ‘80s and ‘90s.
Outgrowing the original 24 seater location on Blackwall Road, they
made the move to 61 Trafalgar Avenue in March 2020.
