Miso Hungry sits at the intersection of speed, quality, and value, delivering handcrafted sushi rolls, curated sushi packs, signature rice and noodle bowls, and fresh poke and salad bowls, all elevated by proprietary signature sauces that drive strong customer loyalty and repeat business. Every product is built on the philosophy of premium made affordable.

We provide franchise partners with a fully supported pathway, from site selection and store design to operations, marketing, and integrated technology platforms including self order kiosks, digital ordering, delivery integration, and a customer loyalty and rewards program.

Marketing support

The Miso Hungry marketing team manages brand campaigns, social media strategy and network wide promotions. Franchise partners receive local area marketing assistance, professional creative assets, loyalty and app program tools, coordinated product launches and seasonal campaign support to drive customer engagement and grow sales.

Training provided

Six weeks of intensive hands on training in operating Miso Hungry locations. Covers food preparation using proprietary recipes, service flow, inventory management, customer experience, technology systems including self order kiosks and digital ordering, team leadership and brand standards. Dedicated opening support provided.

Skills

We are looking for driven entrepreneurs who are business minded and understand the investment and dedication required to succeed. The ideal candidate is honest, committed and hardworking with strong communication skills, the ability to lead a team, excellent customer service skills and a hands on approach. Food industry experience not essential.
