The company entity & ABN are not included in the sale. The buyer will acquire the agreed business assets, stock, equipment, IP, brand, formulations, customer database & digital assets, but not the vendor company or trading entity.
Historical liabilities, staff entitlements, tax obligations, lease obligations & other vendor entity liabilities do not transfer to the purchaser.
All plant, equipment & stock included in the sale will be sold with clear title, free from finance or encumbrances.
