About the Business
The business facilitates CPD webinars for architects, engineers and builders.
Architects and engineers are required to undertake certified training that accumulate "points" for
professional accreditation. Webinars qualify attendees for 2 or more "formal" points depending
on the duration of the event. Webinars are developed to meet the accreditation guidelines of the Architects Registration Board of Australia. (ARBA) with learning outcomes aligned to competency
standards. On registration, questions relating to the content of the webinar are sent to attendees, along with a link to access the webinar. On receipt of completed CPD questions, attendees are issued with a completion certificate. Attendees are required to maintain all of the above as proof of attendance as they are audited by the ARAB.
Topics relate to architecture and engineering specifically sustainability, regulatory requirements,
material strength and composition, major projects, building methodologies and other areas aligned to the ARBA guidelines.

Format
Conducted live in studio, or over zoom, with a moderator and 3 or 4 presenters who each deliver a
“formal” presentation of 30 - 40 min duration followed by an interactive question and answer
session with guests (40min). Total duration of webinar 2 – 2.5 hours. Held over lunchtime (12pm -2pm) or in the evening 6pm – 8pm. Guests receive a recording of the event and a transcript of the q & a session.
Business has a database of 10,000 people throughout Australia and New Zealand. Webinars are promoted directly through an email flier developed by Digital team. Account holders (around 1000) also receive personalised invitations to attend and regular
updates.
