We carefully research every territory we open. This is an area we have already determined will support a good-sized Franchise. In the 2021 Census, 179,000 people were living in the Newcastle area (Statistical Areas Level 3), including approximately 30,200 school-aged children aged 5–19. Newcastle is a major commercial and cultural centre of the Hunter Region, offering a vibrant mix of coastal living, education, employment, recreational opportunities and strong community amenities. Located approximately two hours north of Sydney, Newcastle combines a growing urban centre with established residential suburbs, beaches and natural landscapes. Training provided
Our comprehensive training programs cover all aspects from start-up to running a successful centre. We provide intensive start-up training and ongoing support.
Your initial training will include a one-week face-to-face program at Franchise Headquarters, followed by a series of virtual workshops. An allocated trainer will also work with you during your initial weeks. Access to trainers and a support network continues for all Franchisees.
Skills
Candidates must have good communication skills and a willingness to learn and grow. We are looking for owner-operators who can work full-time.
