Located at James St Central in Yeppoon, this Stellarossa café opportunity forms part of a brand-new retail development in the heart of the Capricorn Coast. Positioned at 33 James Street, the site offers an exciting opportunity to establish a Stellarossa café within a growing retail and lifestyle destination.
The new centre will be anchored by Aldi and a Medical Centre, supported by additional retail and service offerings including a swim school, pet-related retailer and showroom space. This mix is designed to generate regular everyday visitation and provide a strong customer base for the café.
The proposed Stellarossa tenancy is positioned at T4, offering approximately 150 m² of internal space plus 40 m² of covered external area. The development will also provide approximately 126 customer car parks, supporting convenient access for customers.
James St Central services a broader trade area of more than 35,000 residents, forecast to exceed 47,000 by 2046. The location also benefits from the Capricorn Coast’s strong visitor economy, with more than 720,000 annual visitors within the centre’s target market.
Yeppoon’s position on the Capricorn Coast provides access to a mix of local residents and visitors attracted to the region’s beaches, dining, retail, the Keppel Islands and Southern Great Barrier Reef. This is an opportunity to become a Stellarossa Franchise Partner and operate within an established Australian café brand. Franchise Partners receive a structured onboarding process, including a two-week intensive training program at Stellarossa HQ and a nominated training store, along with support from the Stellarossa team to prepare for opening and operation.
