While we've earmarked Southport as a promising locale for a Schnitz restaurant, the precise size and location will be collaboratively determined, reflecting your preference for either a High Street or Shopping Centre venue. Our process ensures a seamless match between you, the franchise partner, and our property team’s site selection process, which includes assessments on accessibility, convenience, foot traffic, and lease terms. This alignment is a key part of our partnership process for selecting the chosen location.
The investment for a Schnitz restaurant varies based on the size and structure of the site:
* Counter Format within shopping centres: $600K-$800K
* Small Restaurant Format on high streets or in shopping centres: $700K-$900K

Training provided
We have a full training program that will prepare you for not just making the best schnitzels but running the best schnitzel team & restaurant. We’ll be out there with you for your first few weeks to help you get up and running. But even once you’re established, you’re never on your own – you’ll have a business coach to assist, support, and help you every step of the way.

Schnitz franchise partners are brand ambassadors, their actions and those of their team reflect the brand. Experience in the food industry is not a requirement for becoming a Schnitz franchise partner, but a customer centric mindset is a must.
