Marketing support

Momo Chicken provides franchisees with a comprehensive marketing program designed to deliver long-term brand strength. Each new location benefits from a targeted launch campaign, driving foot traffic from day one. Ongoing national campaigns are supported by strong digital marketing across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Google Ads, and SEO. Franchisees receive branded assets, in-house design support, and guidance for local events and partnerships.

Training provided

Franchisees undergo an extensive training program covering every aspect of store operations. This includes two weeks at our head office followed by 2-4 weeks in-store, ensuring hands-on learning in real environments. Training covers kitchen operations, food preparation, POS and inventory management, rostering, food safety compliance, customer service, staff management, and financial reporting.

Skills

You don’t need hospitality experience to join Momo Chicken - we’re looking for passionate, community-minded entrepreneurs who want to build a thriving business. Momo Chicken began in 2014 as a humble family eatery in Runcorn, Brisbane, with one goal: to share authentic Korean fried chicken with Australia. The brand quickly outgrew its beginnings, expanding into Brisbane’s CBD and major Westfield centres, where it became a local favourite. When COVID-19 challenged the industry, Momo adapted with innovation, launching a loyalty app, refining its operations, and building a production kitchen. By 2022, Momo proudly launched its franchise model, expanding across Queensland and into NSW.
