Milky Lane is a premium restaurant franchise that embodies a unique and quirky brand ethos based around mouth watering burgers, decadent cocktails, delicious desserts and an EXPERIENCE unlike any other in Australia. Our brand is all about celebrating individuality and embracing the unexpected and our guests love us because we are a well deserved escape from the sometimes mundane, and our brand promise (to ourselves and our guests) is to always remain true to our unique and playful personality.

The Milky Lane story began in 2016 when four friends at Bondi Beach had a vision to create their ideal place to hang out. They wanted a space where they could showcase their creativity and bring these ideas to life, whilst also creating a lively, inviting and fun atmosphere for their guests. Their idea quickly transcended into a social media phenomenon with people travelling from far and wide to try their internet-breaking creations. Within the first year of operation, Milky Lane had amassed more organic PR than any other brand in the history of F&B in Australia and it was because they disrupted the whole industry, time after time. As of today, Milky Lane has the largest following in the country on Facebook and Instagram of any F&B brand and their following is almost cult-like with just under 500’000 people waiting eagerly each day for their next move. 

Since then, the Milky Lane brand has expanded rapidly, with franchising beginning in 2017. Today, we have 8 stores trading, with an additional 6-8 stores set to open in 2023, making us one of the fastest-growing burger franchises in Australia. Our restaurants feature unique and vibrant decor, a premium burger menu with designer desserts and cocktails and a live DJ on weekends playing nostalgic and current hip hop/rnb which keeps the energy and drinks flowing well into the night. Not many restaurants can guarantee you a full restaurant from day one but with our online presence and our marketing techniques, we can go one further and ensure your restaurant is booked out for weeks, before it’s even open.
