An excellent opportunity to take over a long-established hair salon in Sunshine, successfully operating for several decades with a loyal clientele and strong repeat bookings.
After a long and successful career, the owner is now ready to retire, creating an ideal opportunity for an experienced hairdresser looking to step into their own established salon.
The salon presents beautifully with a clean, modern fit-out and no immediate capital expenditure required.
Business Highlights
Established for several decades
Loyal, long-term clientele with repeat bookings
Ideal owner-operator opportunity
Support from two experienced part-time hairdressers
6 styling chairs and 3 basins
Modern, well-maintained fit-out
Separate beauty room offering potential sublease income

Excellent opportunity for a buyer to walk in and continue trading
A major advantage is the lease flexibility. The seller also owns the building and is prepared to offer the purchaser a brand-new lease, giving the incoming owner the opportunity to negotiate lease terms to suit their requirements, with rent expected to be approximately $40,000 per annum.
This is a genuine retirement sale and a great opportunity for a hairdresser wanting an established client base, existing staff support and a quality salon without the expense and risk of starting from scratch.
