LTYB are recruiting motivated Trainers or Business minded Owners who have a passion for fitness and health to join our growing Franchise Network.
LTYB stand out in a crowded market as we offer an individualised approach to training which attracts the inactive market.
A standard LTYB studio averages 27% profit, has 190 members per month, has a constant lead flow and needs 100-110 members to breakeven.
Top 5 ranked LTYB Studios have 250+ members per month and execute 500+ workouts per week.
The last 2 Studio opens were profitable by week 5 and achieved 200 members by the end of month 2, with one studio capping memberships due to being full with 300 members, a full ROI within 4 months and 60% GP.

As a Franchisee, you receive all the marketing support required to run a strong studio.
The average LTYB Studio receives over 1000 leads per year through many platforms inc Social Media ads, website enquiries, Brand campaigns, referrals, Google and multiple other platforms.
As a franchisee, you get access to all resources to drive the leads to your studio through your LAMP (local area marketing plan) and LTYBHQ NMP. (National Marketing Plan)

Launched in 2001 by current CEO and Founder, Ben Fletcher, LTYB was originally a 1 on 1 PT business. The model transformed into a Group Personal Training model, where each member is individually trained to their fitness level and abilities. Today, we have 17 franchises in 5 states
across Australia, over 70 trainers, and over 10k+ members, with aspirations to
expand both nationally and internationally.
