About the Opportunity
This opportunity is very rare as it is a brand new LTYB studio that is set up and ready to transfer.
The cost of the business is $0 and the new owner will acquire the fit out, there is a small member base, staff opportunities, take over the lease, equipment finance and trade with super strong support from LTYBHQ. We have also discounted the Initial Franchise fee as our HQ team has already invested 200+ hours into opening the studio and already collected a Franchise Fee.
This fee is to cover a huge training plan, plenty of time onsite on the rebuild and the changeover.
The studio has an elite finish, 220SQM fitted with Life Fitness equipment, programming technology, signage and all other items to trade.
The site has capability to add in 2-3 Consultation rooms to sub-lease which lowers the already reasonable rent, there is plenty of parking and strong demographics in this side of the Highway.

Listen To Your Body Owners have all the resources to drive leads to your studio through your LAMP (local area marketing plan) and LTYBHQ NMP. (National Marketing Plan)
LTYB generate tens of thousands of leads a year through multiple strategies/campaigns, however the systems to nurture leads, our sales process and training support to execute has been refined for years. Franchise owners have the tools to have an elite sales and marketing game.

LTYB have developed many training tools over the years to provide the best opportunity for success.
Your learning journey starts off with our comprehensive Franchisee Induction Program which gives you all the confidence you need to open successfully.
However, as a Franchise Brand, we have training and education weekly, quarterly site visits, monthly educational zooms, an epic Annual conference and have a team of training and performance specialist.
