Marketing support
Our experienced marketing team provides ongoing support to help grow your business. This includes national brand campaigns, local area marketing, social media, digital advertising, email marketing, app promotions and in-restaurant campaigns. We continually introduce new menu innovations and promotional activity to keep customers engaged, while providing Franchise Partners with tools and resources to build strong local customer relationships and drive sales.
Training provided
As a Mad Mex Franchise Partner, you'll receive six weeks of comprehensive training before taking ownership of your restaurant. Training includes hands-on restaurant operations, online learning resources, proven systems and processes, and coaching from experienced Regional Operations Managers. You'll also receive ongoing operational support from our Franchise and Support Office teams to help you confidently lead your business from day one.
Skills
We're looking for Franchise Partners who:
• Are passionate about hospitality and creating memorable customer experiences.
• Lead from the front and enjoy working alongside their team.
• Coach, develop and inspire people to perform at their best.
• Make smart business decisions while maintaining high operational standards.
• Have hospitality, retail or leadership experience (multi-site or management experience is highly regarded).
• Are ready to commit as a hands-on owner-operator and grow a successful business with Mad Mex.
