The clients are a mixture of strata managed properties, homecare clients, business owners, rental properties, and private residences. These clients are all lovely people who simply want a proficient, reliable and organised service. We currently have 70 reputable and established mowing and garden maintenance clients, some which have been loyal customers for 20 years.
Approx. income of $150,000 p/annum with potential for further growth if desired or just to enjoy the coast lifestyle as we have.
In order to maintain the client’s properties, new operator MUST HAVE:
• Public Liability Insurance
• Vehicle License
• Police check for age/homecare providers
Garden maintenance experience would be ideal but not necessary as we can provide training.
Site visits and client introductions will be available if desired or appropriate to familiarise new operator with clients and work. This will help ensure a seamless transition and maintain client/company relationships.
