The business operates under conditions set out in the Australian Maritime Safety Authority; we hold an AMSA certificate of operation and are licensed to operate in any smooth or partially smooth waters in Western Australia. These areas are defined in the AMSA web site.
We also posses a Commercial Activities Permit issued by the West Australian department of Bio diversity Conservation and Attractions Valid till December2028
The company also has been granted permission to operate tours from the following in respect of tours on the Swan & Canning rivers

We presently have a fleet of 20 single kayaks plus 1 x double. We offer 3 departure points to 5 tours on our web site, in both the Swan and Canning Rivers.
The main condition of our AMSA certificate is that we maintain a 1 to 6 ratio of on water supervision on our tours; we have a small pool of assistant tour guides to call upon as the need arises.
We suspect there are several areas of suitable waters to expand tour offerings.
