Training provided

Roll’d’s 9-week training sets you up for success, including 4+ weeks in Melbourne for hands-on classroom and in-store learning. You'll master hiring, training, and managing a team of 20-30. Before launch, you’ll take charge of a corporate store as a final trial to ensure you're ready. Once your store opens, you’ll receive 7 days of on-site support for a smooth start. Even after your training wheels come off, our ongoing support continues—guiding you every step of the way, so you’re ready to roll from day one!
