While we've earmarked Victoria Park as a promising locale for a Schnitz restaurant, the precise size and location will be collaboratively determined, reflecting your preference for either a High Street or Shopping Centre restaurant. Our process is designed to ensure a seamless match between the franchise partner and the chosen location.
Our restaurant floor plans can vary to suit the location and be up to 200 square meters, with each restaurant boasting a thoughtfully designed layout.
- Our kitchens are meticulously equipped with grill burners, fryers, cool rooms, and ample bench space.
- Seating options vary based on restaurant size and location, ranging from shared seating in food courts to bespoke indoor and alfresco areas accommodating up to 120 customers.
- We prioritise customer convenience through various ordering options; at the counter or conveniently through our app, allowing delivery directly to customers at their table; takeaway, delivery, and catering services are also available, ensuring our customers can enjoy Schnitz wherever and whenever they desire.
Our restaurants operate 7 days a week, from 10 am to 10 pm (subject to trading restrictions).
