About the Business
The hats are supplied by a wholesaler in Perth and are manufactured to Get Flapped’s specific design in China. The fabric is 100% sublimated polyester, which doesn’t run or fade and is light and quick drying, making the hats very popular and ideal for the beach, sports, going out or working out.
Orders are shipped via Australia Post and the process is very simple and straightforward. Full training will be provided to the purchaser and ongoing help available after settlement.
Get Flapped has a good reputation with solid reviews from 13 years of online sales from the Shopify platform and ebay. The original owner wholesaled the hats to surf shops around Australia and he also sold via stalls at street markets and this strategy could be implemented again easily by the new owner.
The price includes all intellectual property, the online Shopify and ebay stores, facebook, instagram, training, storage fixtures, client lists and everything else required to run the business successfully. The owner is happy to pass the business on for essentially stock value only.
History
Get Flapped was established in 2013 by the inventor, Tristan Clemens (a WA state hockey player), when he realised there wasn’t a light, comfortable and sun smart flap hat available in the market, so he designed one and Get Flapped was born! Since then the current owner has added bucket hats and cap hats to the range of flap hats, so it caters for the entire family.
