About the Business
STOCK - The current stock is immediately available and ready to go. So no delay for ordering or developing the products. Developing your own, new products from scratch will take about 12 months. Following the time and cost associated with developing factory Tech Packs, the garments will need to be tested, worn and washed to ensure quality. Our products have been tested and they are really high quality. The leggings and sports bras last longer than NIKE or Lululemon. The shirts are made from natural fibres, so they are soft and don't hold sweat or smells - this is hard to find and there's nothing comparable.
MARK UP - The current markup on the products is between 120% and 230%, so there's money to be made and room to run introductory offers and discount campaigns.
TECH PACKS - Since we've already developed tech packs for the existing products and new compostable packaging, just contact the factory to reorder. More colours are also available in the tech packs, so the ranges can be extended also without further cost.
In addition, new products can be created from the existing tech packs with minimal or no additional development cost. For example, the pattern for full-length leggings can be shortened to become ankle grazers or the fabric can be changed to a pattern or ribbed texture. The same is true for the shorts, which can be made in three different lengths and an infinite number of colours and fabrics. This is a huge savings compared to starting a range from scratch.
PHOTOGRAPHY - In addition to the stock and tech packs, we have product photography that can be reused. All of the ghost photography from Asset Factory, Melbourne can be reused and even the colours changed in Photoshop to accommodate new colourways without heading back to the studio or paying for more professional editing.
We also offer previously unused photos from our lifestyle shoot with a well-known actress and model who is a Netflix series and is currently modeeling for Effie Kats and Ralph Lauren. So you can hit the ground running with those before shooting more.
SHOPIFY - The shopify store is super easy to use and manage. It manages stock, orders, customer data, and also hosts Facebook and Instagram shops for tagging and selling products through social media posts.
