Training provided
Franchisees and their trainers are developed through Spring University, our industry-leading, values-led and science-driven education program. Skills
While fitness industry experience is preferred, we’re really looking for passionate, community-minded leaders who shine when connecting with people. Strong communication, organisation, and a willingness to follow proven systems will help you thrive. Just as important is a genuine commitment to building an inclusive, uplifting studio culture.
Experience in marketing, customer service, or wellness is a plus.

It's 150 sqm reformer Pilates studio quickly grew into multiple locations, offering a comprehensive wellness experience that includes Pilates, yoga, strength training, and sauna. By 2025, the brand will celebrate its first franchise opening, with plans for sustainable, values-led expansion nationwide.
