Training provided
Training is delivered through the MasterFix Academy, providing hands on, practical training led by experienced professionals with decades of real world building experience.
You will learn how to complete jobs, quote work, manage clients and run your business efficiently.
Ongoing support is provided as you grow, ensuring you’re not left to figure things out on your
own.
Skills
A practical background and strong work ethic are important. Experience in trades, maintenance or hands on work is beneficial, but not essential. You must be reliable, willing to learn and able to follow proven systems. This suits people who want to build a business, not just do the work.
