About the Opportunity
Over the 5 year term of the Manage to Own program, business owners will become company directors and shareholders of their own Pedders Suspension & Brakes franchise while working in the business as the business manager.
The program is structured to utilise the profits generated by the business to fund the outright purchase of the business over the term of the program up to 5 years.
Along the Manage to Own journey, there are a host of training and performance targets that managers are coached to meet with an overall 5-year expectation.
Ongoing business management, training and support are provided including an external bookkeeping service that will keep new manager on the fast track to being a successful stand alone franchise business owner within the Pedders Suspension & Brakes group with low entry costs and shared/reduced business risk

Marketing support
Pedders Suspension supplies it's own range of Pedders branded products. The Pedders advertising fund is administered by Pedders and all franchised businesses as well as those owned and operated by Pedders contribute to the fund. Pedders franchisees are required to pay 5% of their monthly gross revenue (capped at a maximum contribution per month) to the Pedders national advertising fund which is directed to national marketing campaigns to drive sales and leads to all Pedders stores.
Training provided
Pedders prides itself on being able to offer its extensive in house training. Considering the complexity and diversity of steering, towing, braking and suspension componentry, as well as the huge opportunity the knowledge brings to this area, training is seen as pivotal to the success of increasing steering and suspension sales available to our customers. Sales is a key facet of our business and we sell to both the automotive trade and retail.
