The person that deals with the fresh stock, their role involves dealing with wholesalers & the auction & bringing stock back to the shop. The auction has two options of bidding. Either in person at the fish market or online bidding.
The person that deals with setting up & opening the shop, their role involves dealing with suppliers from ordering frozen stock or supplys for the shop. They also organise space to display fresh fish & organise the pricing of the stock.
Our services to our customers is one of the things that we pride ourselves on. Not only do we clean fish we also offer to cut, fillet & dice the fish to customers liking. That's what makes us unique, a lot of our customers come back because of our service, the cleanliness, prices & the freshness of our stock. We even offer loyalty cards spend $50 or more in one transaction you get a stamp on your 5th visit you get $10 off your shop. We have customers that travel far just to come to our shop for the service, freshness & prices.
