Training provided
Full and ongoing training is supplied locally as required. The initial handover with current owner will be 2-4 weeks after this the Franchisee General Manager will attend to. You will need to supply your own bookkeeping system eg xero

No experience required, sales, trade, customer service backgrounds will assist eg Hospitality, carpentry and the like. You will need to be a people person and have a high degree of professionalism entering people's homes and businesses.
Length of Agreement
Ongoing no limitations.
Fees reduce from 40% to 20% when turn over targets are achieved. This is from the Franchisor and transfers to the new owner. This is achieved each year by February or March and runs to June 30. This is worth $50 000 net profit to the business. You have the option to take on timber sanding, outlay of around $25000 with a return from this of estimated $250 000 pa having you achieve reduced fees earlier and achieve a turnover in excess of $1 000 000.
