I'm regretfully seeking an immediate sale of my Pakenham territory, which is one of the biggest, busiest, most populous territories in Melbourne.
Buying a new territory typically costs about $15000-$16000... In order to make a quick sale, I'm offering to let it go for about half that price. That's a massive saving for you, and will help make it easier for you to get into the franchise.

ADDED BONUS - We're just coming into the busiest season now, so you'll definitely have no shortage of work to get started! Plus as a Jim's franchisee, you will get a 'pay for work' minimum income guarantee of about $1750 per week (I can explain this to you in more detail).
Like any workplace, you don't have to live in Pakenham, just within a reasonable driving distance. Originally I lived about 30-40 minutes drive away from my territory. Plus you can work anywhere you like around Melbourne. In fact maybe around 20-25% of your work would be in Pakenham, and the rest spread across other suburbs.

FYI, training, equipment, vehicles, uniforms, ongoing franchise fees etc. are additional costs.
I'm still deciding whether to keep or sell my vehicle and equipment for now (Hilux workmate ute, very low kms), but may consider selling it as part of a package for the right price.
