Football Star Academy Seacliff offers expert-led soccer classes designed to build confidence, develop skills and foster a love of the game. Our programs are perfect for children of all skill levels, from beginners to more elite players. Our programs include weekly clinics for beginners, elite squad training, position-specific coaching, one-on-one sessions and school holiday camps. We also offer player pathways for children who are passionate about football and want to continue learning and developing their skills. Sessions are conducted before school, lunch times, after school and weekends at various schools across the south western suburbs.
There is an existing connection with at least five schools in the territory, who currently or would consider programs being held at their school in the future. This is a great foundation to begin building the business even further. This business is on the verge of substantial growth, but unfortunately, I do not have the time to invest in it to get it to that level. Training provided
There is a thorough training program you will undertake before launching operations. There is a dedicated team at the National Support Office that will assist with some online and some virtual training. A national conference is also held each year to engage with all other franchisees across Australia and you will have the opportunity to be updated on the latest developments rolled out by the National Support Office to support your business growth. There are monthly meetings with the respective groups based on your business progress.
Skills
Working with Children check and experience coaching kids (preferably soccer) aged 5-12. Experience in a small business (preferably) to run the business effectively and drive growth. Also, a good communicator with both children and parents about the business.
Length of Agreement
5 years with an option of an additional five years, which must be taken up no less than three months before the first term expiry.
