History
Founded in 2010, Nighthawk was one of the original 'Sydney Food Truck' and the last one remaining for this cohort. With focus on private events, there is growth potential in the 'street trading' space then into bricks and mortar retail. The vehicles aesthetic appeal has set it apart from the rest of the food trucks and enables us to be booked by clients that wish to have a higher standard of design for their event, we are very popular with weddings and corperate events that care about visual appeal as well as quality of product and service.
