Marketing support
2 Bros delivers national branding, digital campaigns and local area marketing support through our white-label app. Our dedicated marketing team drives traffic from day one with a comprehensive 12-month marketing plan, including product launches supported by professional photoshoots. Loyalty programs, push notifications and targeted promotions engage customers, while strong social media and bold branding boost store visibility and reach.
Training provided
Franchisees complete a structured, hands-on program that includes four weeks of in-store training by the founders and senior trainers. Areas of training include financial management, operational excellence coaching, Store Launch, Strategic training, rostering, and customer service. This is followed by post-opening support directly from the founding team.
Skills
No hospitality experience required. Ideal franchisees are hands-on leaders who thrive in fast-paced service environments. Strong communication, team management, financial awareness, and customer-first execution are key. We’re looking for motivated operators who want to grow with a bold, scalable Australian brand.
