History
Founded in December 2023, Taste of Amalfi started as a solo cart manufacturing sorbet from a commercial home kitchen. The owners self operated the carts, achieving revenue of 70k in FY23/24 operating about 52 days and about 85k in FY24/25 operating only 40 days.
The owners used high exposure sites, an eye catching product and social media to drive demand for the product.
