Founded in 2010 the business grew to become one of the largest independent women's fashion retailers in Australia, behind only The Iconic and David Jones. With physical retail stores in NSW, VIC, WA and a strong online presence the business turned over $23m annually. It became the dress destination for all of Australia's finest designer brands.
In 2024, the founder (a creative at heart) no longer wanted to continue selling 3rd party brands and instead changed the business model to selling vertical brands only.
The business now only sells private labels which are 100% owned by the business and currently exclusive only to the business. The business designs all of the private brands and styles in-house before using our trusted manufacturers overseas to do the bulk production.
The business utilises a 3PL for all warehousing and online fulfilment services making the business an extremely efficient and profitable model. It also means the new owner can be based anywhere in Australia as this function is done remotely.
The business currently employs up to 4 people predominately in design whom have been with the business for some time and now work from home. Which again allows the new owner to be based anywhere. It also gives the new owner the guarantee of the private label IP to remain in the business once the founder is gone as the current employees have been working on the private labels for some time.
