At Sushi Sushi, we strategically select every location based on over 25 years’ experience assessing measures such as foot traffic and demographics, population growth, accessibility and future growth potential.
Marketing support
The Sushi Sushi Marketing team collaborate closely with our Franchise Partners to execute lively and captivating national and local area campaigns. These initiatives actively connect with our customers to grow brand recognition and sales.
Training provided
New Sushi Sushi Franchise Partners are required to complete a five-week training program in Melbourne prior to operating a Sushi Sushi business. In addition to this two-weeks of instore support is provided to help you maximise the opportunity!
Skills
The Sushi Sushi Franchising team seek dedicated individuals who are enthusiastic about sushi! We’re in search of candidates who are passionate, enjoy building and motivating teams and can provide extraordinary customer service. You do not need to have any prior food experience, our training program will make you a sushi master!

Back in 1998 we opened our first store in Box Hill, Victoria with aspirations to change how Australians eat sushi. Our dream was to take it from high-end Japanese restaurants and make it a fresh, healthy on the go meal available for everyone to enjoy.
